James Norton brings more than 25 years of experience in law firm accounting, finance, operations, reporting, and systems. Having spent decades in-house at law firms, James understands the unique dynamics of partnership structures, attorney behavior, and law firm economics.

Fourteener Strategies is a national Business of Law advisory firm with roots in Denver and regular presence in New York City, Chicago, San Diego, Nashville, Philadelphia, and the Washington, DC region. We serve law firm leadership teams across the United States, utilizing remote capabilities to provide seamless advisory support.

Whether working with boutique and mid-sized practices, growing and established firms, or larger firms needing focused outside guidance, we partner with managing partners, executive committees, and administrators to bring clear direction to the business side of the firm.
